How much does interior painting cost in NYC?
$200–$400 per standard room. A full 2-bedroom apartment runs $900–$1,800 depending on condition, ceiling height, and prep needed. We offer free in-home estimates with no surprise charges.
How long does interior painting take?
One standard room = 1 day. Full 2-bedroom apartment = 2–3 days. We work cleanly and efficiently, so your space is livable again as fast as possible.
Do you paint exteriors in NYC?
Yes — brownstones, brick facades, rowhouses, stucco, and wood siding across all five boroughs. We use weatherproof coatings rated for NYC's climate.
Are you licensed and insured in New York State?
Yes. Fully licensed painting contractor, insured with general liability and workers' compensation. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request for co-ops and management companies.
Do you move furniture?
We move and protect most furniture with drop cloths and plastic wrap. For very large pieces, we'll work around them safely and still protect everything in the room.
What paint brands do you use?
We work with Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and other premium brands. We can use paint you supply, or we'll purchase it for you at a contractor discount and pass the savings along.
Do you do commercial jobs?
Yes. We take on offices, retail spaces, restaurants, apartment building common areas, and lobbies. Weekend and after-hours scheduling is available to minimize disruption to your business.
Can you provide a COI for my co-op or building?
Yes. We provide certificates of insurance to building management upon request, typically within 24–48 hours. Just let us know the building's requirements when you call.
What NYC boroughs do you serve?
All five: Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. We're based in Queens and travel throughout the city every day.
