Manhattan
High-rises, co-ops, pre-war apartments, and commercial spaces β we navigate Manhattan buildings and get the work done.
Manhattan has its own rules. Many co-op and condo buildings require a certificate of insurance (COI) before any contractor can start work β we have that ready and can submit it to your building management before the job begins. Some buildings restrict contractor hours or require elevator reservations; we handle that coordination.
Pre-war apartments in Harlem, Washington Heights, and the Upper West Side often have beautiful plaster walls and high ceilings, but also years of layers and some water damage. We assess the surface first and address problems before painting β not after.
For commercial clients in Midtown, Chelsea, or lower Manhattan, we schedule around your business hours. Weekends and evenings available for retail, restaurant, and office jobs that can't be done during the week.
We work throughout all of Manhattan. Call to confirm availability for your neighborhood.
"We needed our restaurant painted between close Saturday night and open Monday morning. They came in Sunday at 7 AM and were out by 8 PM. Kitchen, dining room, bathrooms β everything done. No smell when we opened Monday. Really professional."
